Mario Beliveau

Mario comes from an agricultural background; his father operated a dairy and beef farm until 1982. He graduated from the Institut de Technologie Agricole et Alimentaire de St-Hyacinthe (ITA Campus St-Hyacinthe) in Farm Management in 1983, gaining a solid foundation in agriculture. Today, this program is known as Agricultural Business Management and Operations (ABMO).

A member of the Professional Technologists of Quebec since 2008, Mario has a keen interest in tractor pulls and classic car shows from the 70s. He also enjoys playing golf.

As a member of the Knights of Columbus, he is involved in charitable activities. He has been working at MacEwen Agricentre since April 2008, where he enjoys participating in the development of new farm construction projects and the creation of new feeding programs.

With over 15 years of experience as a representative for two mills in the St-Hyacinthe region and several years as a production manager for Le Couvoir Levesque, Mario has extensive expertise in the agricultural field.
